A Culture of Quality
Waterfront, formerly Rehab at River’s Edge,
is a 138-bed, short and long-term skilled nursing facility.
We are a comprehensive continuum of care in the heart of scenic Raritan, New Jersey.
We are a premier provider of subacute rehabilitation, long-term care, and short-term respite.
But most importantly, we are a beloved community landmark,
where everyone is treated as family.
With new ownership and management at the lead, Waterfront is proud to take the next step in clinical excellence and quality of care.
We have expanded our therapeutic and medical services, and upped the attention to detail in our facility. We’re thrilled to welcome Atlas Healthcare to the helm, and we are proud of the sense of renewal and dedication that fills our home.
At Waterfront, we pride ourselves in the laughter and camaraderie that echoes in our hallways.
Whether you are here for a short stay or you make Waterfront your home, our warm, caring team and the Waterfront residents are thrilled to have you join our tight family circle. Because we know the healing power of warmth, joy, and feeling of belonging.
Rehab therapists were excellent. The rest of the staff were professional and attentive. The food was adequate and I appreciated the evening snacks.
I love the staff here. They are very hard working and trust worthy. They are also knowledgeable. The PT, recreation and social workers department etc, are all great. I am highly recommend.
I was very pleased with my experience there with my dear friend. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The environment was very tidy and clean. My friend appeared to be very happy.
I do a ministry here weekly and have done it for years. The needs of the residents come first and all activities are designed to meet residents’ needs and desires.
The nursing staff and CNAs were very attentive and helpful. I really progressed at the rehab. My wound was completely healed by the nurses professional caring treatments. The CNAs were always willing to help the patients by going the extra mile. Facility is very clean and the rehab creates a homelike environment.
The staff at Waterfront Rehab are like one family. It’s a very positive atmosphere and the residents feel like this is their home. The staff takes care of the residents as if they are their own family. The staff truly cares about each resident. I have seen staff members spend money out of their own pocket to get gifts for residents or to help in some way.
