My family member was at the facility the staff was very caring and went above and beyond. Rehab and nursing team are amazing and my uncle will miss the delicious food.

Staff was cheerful and welcoming. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and tidy, and my mom’s cousin looked very happy and she said they were taking good care of her. She is 93 and looked well.

I visit a lot of facilities and I find that upon arriving there is easy access from the parking lot to enter the building and to check in. It’s great that you don’t have to walk far to access the patients. The common areas are kept clean and the staff during the day are accessible and willing to help you. I do enjoy my visits at Waterfront Rehab.
I had a nice visit yesterday! We took photos to go in a Christmas frame. The place was nicely decorated. Irene bought Christmas gifts from the jewelry sale. Then she played Bingo.
